Notice Stack Announcements
Launch notices as a stack that advances itself: complete stories stacked with depth, the front one holding for a beat and leaving so the next comes forward on a spring, the ones behind always visibly within reach. The stack is telemetry-toast doing announcement duty inside the section rather than a new device; the notices arrive on a fixed schedule, which is why the demo behaves identically on every mount.
